Return Policy
At Magical Scents, we want you to feel confident with every order. Because fragrance is personal and scent preferences vary from person to person, we are unable to offer refunds simply because a fragrance is not to your personal taste. However, we do want to make sure every customer receives their order in excellent condition.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept eligible return or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
In their original packaging
In good condition
Not heavily used
Returned with proof of purchase or order number
For fragrance returns, the bottle must have at least 95% of the liquid remaining. This helps us protect against excessive use while still giving customers a fair opportunity to try the scent.
Store Credit
Approved returns may be issued as store credit or an exchange. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Items that are heavily used, altered, or not in original condition
Scent Preference
Fragrance is highly personal, and every scent develops differently depending on skin chemistry, environment, and personal taste. For this reason, we do not guarantee that every fragrance will match every customer’s preference.
We recommend starting with a sample or smaller size when trying a fragrance for the first time, when available.

Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.
Return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines may vary. Magical Scents is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, customs, or other issues outside of our control.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please check with your household, neighbors, building staff, or local carrier before contacting us.
Policy Abuse
Magical Scents reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or store credit in cases of suspected fraud, excessive returns, abuse of policy, or items that do not meet return eligibility requirements.
